TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Softball Program finished the 2026 season with 11 players advancing to compete at the next level. Included in those numbers are Kyli Carrell (Drury University), Anslie Yazzie (University of Pacific), Adi Hansen (University of Oklahoma), Maile Ha'o (BYU), Emerson Fuller (Utah Valley University) and Lexi Crowley (Benedictine University Mesa).
Carrell, who played third base for the Golden Eagles, hit .373 for her career with 14 doubles, 13 home runs and 72 RBI. She was selected to the Region 18 All Tournament Team as well. Drury University competes in the Great Lakes Valley Conference of NCAA Division 2 and is located in Springfield, Mo.
Yazzie, a two-year Region 18 selection, hit .360 at the plate over her two years at CSI with 24 doubles, 14 home runs and 95 RBI. She finished her career with the highest fielding percentage ever for a Golden Eagle shortstop at .958. University of Pacific competes in the West Coast Conference of NCAA Division 1.
Signing with national powerhouse University of Oklahoma, Hansen is the first CSI Softball player to compete in the SEC. The speedy outfielder led the nation this past season in stolen bases with 62. She set the Golden Eagle single season stolen bases record as well as the all-time career record with 98. Hansen was named NJCAA All American and Region 18 Player of the Year. Over her two seasons at CSI, she hit .431 at the plate with a .507 on base percentage. The Sooner finished the 2026 season with a 52-10 overall record and have won eight national championships.
Ha'o had a breakout freshman season for the Golden Eagles and will join the BYU Program as a sophomore. The CSI catcher was a Region 18 selection as well as Region 18 Tournament MVP, hitting two home runs with seven RBI in the championship game against Salt Lake CC. Ha'o hit .359 at the plate for the year with seven doubles, 15 home runs and 57 RBI. She will join teammate Rilyne Keck for the Cougars that compete in the Big 12 Conference of NCAA Division 1 Softball.
A Region 18 First Team selection as a freshman and sophomore, Fuller ended her career at CSI with a 3.40 ERA, posting 37 starts and 204 total innings pitched. She had 136 career strikeouts and 30-7 win-loss record. Utah Valley competed in the Western Athletic Conference in 2026 but will be moving to the Big West for the upcoming school year. The Wolverines were 31-23 overall last season.
Last but not least, Crowley was a mainstay in the Golden Eagle outfield for the past two seasons. She hit .327 over her career with 22 doubles, 15 home runs and 77 RBI. Benedictine competes in the Great Southwest Athletic Conference of NAIA.
All six of these players were key contributors in leading CSI to a Scenic West Athletic Conference Title, a Region 18 Championships and a trip to the NJCAA National Tournament, where the Golden Eagles went 2-2, placing 13th. CSI has competed in five straight NJCAA National Tournaments.
