TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Softball Team finished the 2025-26 school year as a NJCAA Academic Team with a 3.54 gpa and had 10 individual earn national honors as well.
Sophie Bliss and Anslie Yazzie each posted a 4.0 to make the NJCAA First Team. Selected to NJCAA Second Team for a gpa between 3.8 and 3.99 were Sophia Bristow and Lexi Crowley. Rounding out the selections, making NJCAA third team with a gpa between 3.6 and 3.79 were Kyli Carrell, Ella Farrell, Emerson Fuller, Ava Howell, Rilyne Keck and Jade Romero.
The Golden Eagles, who finished with a 43-13 overall record, also got it done on the field, winning the Scenic West Athletic Conference Title, a Region 18 Championship, took 13th at the NJCAA National Tournament and won the NJCAA Sportsmanship Award.
