TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team announced the addition of Cutter Beus from Melba High School for the 2026-27 upcoming season.
Beus, a 6-10 post, comes to CSI after serving an LDS mission in Farmington, N.M. Before his mission, he put together an outstanding high school career at Melba, highlighted by a 50-point game, a 37-rebound game, and 427 rebounds in a single season.
Beus was named Conference Player of the Year, selected to the Idaho Senior All-Star Game, and earned Idaho State All-Star Game MVP honors. He also won both the District III All-Star Game Dunk Contest and 3-Point Contest, showing his unique combination of athleticism and shooting ability.
"Cutter is a tough, versatile player who can impact the game in a lot of ways," said CSI Head Coach Jeff Reinert. "His rebounding, athleticism, skill level, and competitiveness make him a great fit for our program. We're excited to welcome him to the Golden Eagle family."
Beus adds another talented Idaho product to the CSI men's basketball program. Cutter is the second player CSI has announced, signing Diego Mulford from American Fork HS, Utah earlier.
