TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Leading the College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Teams to one of the best finishes in program history, Ace Reiser was selected NJCAA First Team All American on Wednesday.
The Golden Eagles floor general did it all for CSI all year.
The freshman guard averaged 14.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 2.4 steals per game for CSI. He shot close to 50 percents from the field, 49 percent from long range and 78 percent from the free-throw line. He finished the season ranked in the top 10 in the conference in assists, steals, rebounds and scoring.
Reiser was named Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Week three times and NJCAA National Player of the Week once. He was the Region 18 Player of the Year and was named to the Region 18 All-Tournament Team and the NJCAA Nationall All-Tournament Team.
He was leader that led the Golden Eagles to a 34-3 record, a Scenic West Athletic Conference Title, a Region 18 Championship and a NJCAA National Runner-Up finish.
