TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Volleyball Team has added two new assistants to the program for the upcoming year.
Joining Head Coach Andria Harshman and Assistant Kevin Allred will be Natany Felix Guimarães and Bailey Peña.
Guimarães finished her first season of coaching last fall on the Lewis-Clark State College staff after a standout collegiate playing career with the Warriors. A native of Brazil, Guimarães served as an assistant coach, working primarily with serve receive and defensive specialists.
"Natany brings an outstanding combination of experience, knowledge, and passion to our program," Harshman said. "From our first conversations, it was clear that her passion and enthusiasm to student-athlete development aligned perfectly with the culture we're building at CSI. She made an immediate connection with our coaching staff, and we knew she would be an excellent fit. We're excited to have her in the gym and are confident that her expertise, attention to detail, and ability to build meaningful relationships will have a tremendous impact on the growth and success of our athletes."
As a libero at LC State from 2023-24, Guimarães established herself as one of the program's top defenders.
Prior to LC State, Guimarães played two seasons at Jefferson College, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree. She later earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and Health Occupations from Lewis-Clark State College and just completed additional studies in Interdisciplinary Studies while earning her coaching certification.
Drawing from her international background and collegiate playing experience, Guimarães is committed to developing student-athletes through technical excellence, competitive discipline, and a passion for the game.
 Peña joins the Golden Eagles as a former collegiate player and passionate coach dedicated to helping athletes grow in skill, confidence and character. She played at the University of Montana Western from 2013 to 2017 before beginning her coach career.
"I have had the opportunity to know Bailey for several years through her coaching at the high school level in the Magic Valley," Harshman said. "From the very beginning, she stood out for the positive relationships she builds with both her athletes and fellow coaches. Her professionalism and commitment to developing student-athletes have always been evident. Bailey will be an outstanding addition to our coaching staff, and I am confident our athletes will benefit from her attention to detail, passion for the sport, and dedication to helping them reach their full potential."
From Burley, Peña's coaching experience includes coaching for the Lanikai Athletic Club (2018-19), serving as the boy's JV coach and girls' varsity assistant at kalaheo High School (2018-19), assisting the varsity girls' Burley High School Team (2020-23) and coaching with Spike Force Volleyball Club (2025).
Outside of coaching, Bailey is a proud mom and a licensed nail technician. She enjoys giving back to the volleyball community and inspiring the next generation of athletes.
