TWIN FALLS, Idaho -
Trey Purser led the College of Southern Idaho Baseball Team to a 5-1 record this past week with his bat, earning Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Week accolades.
Purser hit .438 in the six games with an on base percentage of .500. Three of his seven hits were home runs and one was a double for a slugging percentage of 1.063.
He scored 10 runs and had nine RBI.
Against Paradise Valley with the score tied at 5, Purser hit a go-ahead and ultimately game-winning home run to secure the CSI win.
The Golden Eagles, 5-5 overall, host California Miramar Feb. 13th and 14th.
