TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Not only did the 2024 College of Southern Idaho Women's Cross Country Team place fourth at the NJCAA Division 1 National Championships but they also posted a team GPA of 3.41 to earn NJCAA Academic Team recognition.
In addition to the team award, eight individuals also earned NJCAA honors.
Selected to the NJCAA Second Team for a GPA between 3.80 and 3.99 were Macie Chugg and Laurie Davidson. Making the NJCAA Third Team were Lillian Neff, Laynee Rowley, Savanah Hawkes, Elizabeth Driscoll, Aubrie Barzee and Kenia Ainsworth.
The two-time national championship program returns for the fall season in a couple weeks.
