TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Cross Country Team took second place (behind College of Idaho) in the Dr. Thad Scholes XC Invitational Meet sponsored by Idaho Milk Products Friday at Canyon Spring Golf Course. 
Three Golden Eagle runners placed in the top 10, led by sophomore Edith Neslen in a time of 19:09.55. Close behind her in second was Laurie Davidson in seventh place in a time of 19:21.84 and Audrey Lemon in eighth place in a time of 19:25.40.  Lily Griffith (11th 19:36.8) and Indianna Lundell (12th 19:37.1) finished the scoring for CSI.
Northwest Nazarene took third in the meet.
CSI next competes Sept. 19 at the Northwest Nazarene University Invite.
