TWIN FALLS, Idaho - It's been quite the week for College of Southern Idaho Softball Player
Adi Hansen, who was named NJCAA National Player of the Week.
The sophomore outfielder earned Region 18 Player of the Week honors on Monday and set the CSI all-time season stolen base record on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday, Hansen was named National Player of the Week.
Against Snow College, Hansen hit .833 at the plate in leading the Golden Eagles to four wins. She had two triples and two RBI along with seven stolen bases.Â
Through Tuesday's non-conference games with Treasure Valley, Hansen has 49 stolen bases and is ranked third in the country. The previous season record for stolen bases was 44. She now has 49 and the season is far from over.
CSI has a bye this upcoming weekend before traveling to USU Eastern next week.
