Ace Reiser continues to stuff the stat sheet and dominate opponents. The freshman point guard led the Golden Eagles to a win over top-ranked Snow and a win over 23rd-ranked USU Eastern last week, earning NJCAA National Player of the Week accolades.
Big time players play big in big games and Reiser always seems to rise to top when the Golden Eagles need him.
In handing the Badgers their first loss of the season, Reiser finished with 24 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals and played in 37 minutes. He was 8-for-9 from the field and a perfect 4-for-4 from the 3-point line.
Against USU Eastern, he scored 27 points and had six rebounds, three assists and six steals. He never left the floor and was a perfect 7for-7 from the free throw line and 4-for-5 from long range.
CSI, ranked fifth in the latest NJCAA poll, hosts Colorado Northwestern Thursday and Salt Lake CC Saturday.
