TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 11th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team dominated the second half to beat 23rd-ranked USU Eastern 84-62 Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
The Golden Eagles held a 42-34 lead after a physical first half but
Ace Reiser took his game to another level in the second to extend the CSI lead.
The point guard finished the game with 27 points, six rebounds and six steals. Brothers
Cooper Kesler and
Kobe Kesler also had big games for the Golden Eagles. C. Kesler scored 20 points along with four rebounds and three assists and K. Kesler had 13 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals.Â
Big man
Guygustone Kasenga was a monster on the boards, finishing with 13 rebounds and four blocked shots.
Kyah Farris-White added seven points, two rebounds and two blocks on the inside and forward
Ben Thornbrue had 11 points, two rebounds and two blocks.
CSI, 19-1 overall and 5-0 in conference play, hosts Colorado Northwestern and Salt Lake CC next week.
