Former Utah High School Champion to play for CSI Men's Basketball

TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Program is excited to sign Ace Reiser, a dynamic 6-0 guard from South Jordan, Utah, for the 2025-26 season.
"Ace may not look the part, but he's a big-time player," said CSI Head Coach Jeff Reinert. "He's going to be a fan favorite here at CSI. He brings an elite work ethic and a skill set that's second to none. He's one of the top point guard recruits to come out of Utah in recent years. Ace has great floor vision, creates offense with his speed and quickness and plays with a level of toughness and leadership that's hard to teach."
Reiser is a proven winner at every level. A graduate of Alta High School, he helped lead the Hawks to a Utah 5A State Championship, a state runner-up finish and two region titles during his career there. He averaged 14 points, six assists, four rebounds and two steals per game, earning Utah All-State First Team and Utah State Tournament First Team honors in both his junior and senior seasons. As a senior, he also was named Co-Region MVP.
Beyond high school, Reiser competed on the national AAU stage with the Utah Prospects, one of the premier programs in the country. In his final summer of club basketball, he helped lead the Prospects to an Adidas 3SSB National Championship, making a major impact throughout the tournament.
After completing a LDS mission in Ghana, Reiser returned to the court in January 2025 and is now set to begin his collegiate career with the Golden Eagles.
"Whether we're pushing in transition or executing in the half court, Ace will have the ball in his hands," Reinert said. "He's a winner, plain and simple, and we're thrilled to have him as part of our backcourt."
Golden Eagle fans can look forward to watching Reiser lead the charge this season as CSI aims for a Region 18 Championship.
