Women's Soccer

Four CSI Women's Soccer Players recognized on all region teams

TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Soccer Team had four players named to the Region 18 First Team, Second Team or Third Team.
Leading the way on first team was Alivia Marshall. The freshman anchored the Golden Eagle defense all season, finishing with two assists as well.
Second-team honors went to Presley Houghton. Also a freshman, she was CSI's leading scorer with six goals this season. 
Rounding the selections were Kirstine Kent and Araya Wood on the third team. Both sophomores, Kent played most every game for the Golden Eagles in the goal. She finished the season with 43 saves and gave up just 14 goals in 12 games played. She also had three shutouts.
Wood, a defender, scored three goals and had one assist for the CSI. 
The Golden Eagles finished the season 6-5-4 overall and 5-5-4 in conference play.
