TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho women's basketball team knocked off 10th-ranked North Idaho College 72-51 Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference action.
Golden Eagle Chakala Carthen scored 16 points to go with 14 rebounds while Mechela Barnes led CSI with 20 points.
CSI committed just 13 turnovers, while out-rebounding NIC 48-36.
The Golden Eagles improve to 11-12 overall and 3-5 in SWAC play.
