Biography

    At CSI: Chakala played in 31 of the Golden Eagles 32 games, averaging 12 minutes per game. She did a good job getting to the line for CSI, ranking second in the team in free throw attempts and second in free throws made.
    Before CSI: A three-sport athlete at Hug High School, Chakala lettered in basketball four years, volleyball two years and track and field four years.
     All four seasons of basketball, she led her team to the first round of the playoffs. In track and field, Chakala placed fourth in the state in the 100 meter hurdles as a freshman and senior.
      On the basketball court, she was named all league, all region and first team all-state as a junior and senior. Chakala earned MVP of the Lowry Bucks Tournament three different years.
