TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Posting the highest GPA in the CSI Athletic Department, the College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team earned NJCAA Academic Team honors.
The Golden Eagles also had seven players recognized individually.
Making the NJCAA First Team for a 4.0 GPA were Ziah Greybull and Samara Morrow. Three were selected to the NJCAA Second Team for a gpa between 3.80 and 3.99. They were Ashley Garner, Sarah Walker and Chloe Jensen. Rounding out the honorees were Eva Birkeland and Maci Hess who made the NJCAA Third Team with a gpa between 3.6 and 3.79.
The Golden Eagles shined on the court too. They won the Scenic West Athletic Conference Title, the Region 18 Championship and placed fifth at the NJCAA National Tournament, posting a 29-5 overall record.
