SPANISH FORK, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Rodeo Team won the final rodeo of the Rocky Mountain Region circuit and brought home the regular season championship as well this past weekend. The Golden Eagle Men's Team placed fourth at the UVU Rodeo and claimed fourth in the final standings.
At the UVU Rodeo, Celie Davis came away with the Women's All Around, taking second in Goat Tying, fourth in Barrel Racing and third in Breakaway Roping. Ella Begger was fourth in the all-around, finishing fourth in Barrel Racing, ninth in Goat Tying and eighth in Breakaway Roping. 
Other CSI Women who placed were Hailey Gibbs in Goat Tying, taking third and Rhyan Brough in Barrel Racing, finishing sixth.
For the Men, Dahl Winters won Bareback Riding and Ashton Zabriskie won Bull Riding. Chase Andrade came away with sixth in Steer Wrestling.
The season region winners and College National Finals Rodeo qualifiers were also announced.
Davis won the Rocky Mountain Region All Around Champion Cowgirl and Rookie of the Year honors. She also was the Reserve Champion Barrel Racer. She will compete in Barrels, Breakaway and Goat Tying at the CNFR.
Thurgood finished third for the season in Barrel Racing and Breakaway Roping and will compete in both of those events and Gibbs will compete at the CNFR in Goat Tying.
While the men's team did not qualify as a group, the Golden Eagles will have five individuals make the trip to Casper, Wyo., for the CNFR.
Winter was the Rocky Mountain Region Bareback Riding Champion, Zabriskie was the Bull Riding Champion and Andrade was the Steer Wrestling Champion. Mason Reine was the Bull Riding Reserve Champion and Christian Bolli took third overall in Saddle Bronc Riding.
The CNFR will be June 14th-20th.
