PRICE, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho Baseball Team held onto its two game lead with another win Saturday, beating USU Eastern 12-9 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Crew Secrist had the hot bat to lead the Golden Eagles, finishing 5-for-6 with a double and four R I.
Tayson Howard hit his first home run of the season and finished 3-for-5.
Cade Burnham finished 2-for-3 with two doubles and
Noah Gatti was 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI.
Mack Evans was also 2-for-5.
Caden Fenger earned the win, pitching1.2 innings and giving up no runs on one hit. Caleb Doty got the save, pitching the final two innings and giving up one run on three hits.
CSI returns home to host Colorado Northwestern next week for its final regular season series.
