TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team forced 25 turnovers and scored 29 points off of them to defeat Snow College 72-49 Thursday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
The Golden Eagles stingy defense was led by
Savannah Stoker who finished with six steals. She added 16 points and 11 rebounds for the double-double.
Off the bench,
Ziah Greybull came up big, posting 15 points, five rebounds, two steals and three blocks. Both
Samara Morrow and
Ashley Garner had nine points. Morrow added four rebounds, four assists and two steals and Garner had eight rebounds and two steals.
Finishing with a team-high five assists was
Lea Nadolny. She also had six points, two rebounds and two steals.
CSI, 18-1 overall and 4-0 in conference play, hosts USU Eastern Saturday.
