LAS VEGAS, Nev. - The College of Southern Idaho Men's and Women's Distance Track Teams fared well at the UNLV Rebel Invitational Friday and Saturday.
The Golden Eagles Women had four individuals qualify for the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field National Championships.
Rozzlyn Cazier, who won the Steeplechase at the meet in a time of 11:31.99, qualified in the Steeplechase and the 5K (18:19.57).
Laynee Rowley also qualified in the Steeplechase in a time of 11:52.92, good enough for third at the meet.
Lillian Neff won the 5K at the meet and ran a qualifying time of 18:10.91. The final qualifier was
Laurie Davidson in the 1,500 Meters. She placed ninth and ran 4:50.29.
For the men,
Keegan McCraw qualified in the Steeplechase in a time of 9:32.04 and won the event at the meet.
The next meet for the Golden Eagles will be Friday at the University of Utah/Weber State University Spring Open.
