Raivio Manzer kicked off the NJCAA Division I Track and Field National Championships with a top eight time in the 10,000 Meters Thursday.
The CSI sophomore distance runner, placed seventh in the event in a time of 32:07.30 to score two points for the men's team.
The Golden Eagles also competed in the 4x800 Relay, taking 12th.
Kaleb Burnett,
Noah Jones,
Kelson Smith and
Grayden DeVries combined for a time of 7:45.14.
CSI will compete in more events Friday and Saturday.
