Golden Eagle Distance Track adds one more All American on final day at nationals

HOBBS, N.M. - The College of Southern Idaho finished up at the NJCAA Division 1 Outdoor Track and Field National Championships with the most medals a CSI team has ever won at outdoor nationals.
The Golden Eagles took the medal count number to nine Saturday when Edith Neslen placed seventh in the 5,000 Meters in a time of 18:30.26 for All American honors. It was the second top-eight finish for Neslen this week. 
Also competing in the 5,000 Meters was Lily Griffith (19th) and Ali Suhaka (24th).
Raivio Manzer ran the 5,000 Meters for the men, taking 16th in 15:42.92.
Two CSI women's runner made the finals in the 1500 Meters Saturday. Laurie Davidson took 10th in 4:52.40 and Mia Beightol was 11th in 4:55.55. On the men's side, Graydon Devries ran in the 1500 Meter finals and placed 12th in 4:11.53.
Saturday's events completes the 2025-2026 season for the Golden Eagle Men's and Women's Cross Country and Distance Track Teams.
