TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Baseball team dominated on the mound Monday, beating Weber State club 12-0 and 11-0.
Pitching by committee with three throwing in each game, The Golden Eagles combined for no runs on one hit with 21 strikeouts in 10 total innings.
Shay Benson got the game one win with four strikeouts and
Brock Snow won game two with six strikeouts.
The Golden Eagle bats were hot too.Â
In game one,
Jack Barker was 3-for-4 with two RBI and
Brexten Starley was 2-for-3 with a double and four RBI.
Kason O'Neil was also 2-for-3.
Barker stayed hot, going 2-for-3 with an RBI in the second game.
Jack Ryan was 2-for-3 with two doubles and
Cole DeCastro was 2-for-4.
Braxton Biesinger was 2-for-3.
CSI, 5-7 overall, hosts Utah State Club Tuesday at 1 and 3 p.m.
