TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 12th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team cruised to a 77-44 win over Northeastern JC Saturday on the final night of the Idaho Central Credit Union Invitational.
The Golden Eagles held NJC to 28 percent from the field and 20 percent from long range, while forcing 20 turnovers.
Four CSI players scored in double figures led by
Lea Nadolny's 14 pts.
Samara Morrow added 12,
Calyn Wood 11 and
Ashley Garner 10. Garner finished with a double-double adding 13 rebounds.Â
Morrow had a team high seven assists along with five rebounds and two steals.
Maci Hess had four points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals, while
Chloe Jensen posted eight points and three assists.
CSI, 10-0 overall, goes on the road next week for a three-day tournament in Gillette, Wyo.
