TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 13th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men improved to 9-0 on the season with a 108-61 win over South Puget Sound Saturday in the Idaho Central Credit Union Invitational.
The Golden Eagles shot 61 percent from the field and 45 percent from the 3-points line, while holding the Clippers to 38 percent and 18 percent. CSI used a stingy defense to force 22 turnovers as well, committing only nine of its own.Â
Nathan Ahner led all scorers with 21 points along with four rebounds, four assists and two steals.
Jalen Lyn added 19 points and
Cooper Kesler had 15 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals.
Big man
Charlie Dimmock scored 11 points and pulled down four rebounds and
Ben Thornbrue had eight points, six rebounds and three assists.
Point guard
Ace Reiser finished with 10 points, seven assists and two steals.Â
Every Golden Eagle dressed down for the game scored aqt least four points.
CSI hosts the Wright PT Shootout next week and will face Eastern Arizona (receiving votes) and Odessa College (ranked ninth).
