TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 15th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team took the lead with three seconds remaining and held on for the 75-74 win Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Khayri Dunn, who finished the game with 27 points, drove the length of the floor and laid it in to take the lead with three seconds to go for the win. The freshman guard also had five rebounds and three assists.
There were 10 lead changes in the game and the score was tied eight times. Neither team led by more than seven points at any time in the game.
Also scoring in double figures for the Golden Eagles were
Nathan Ahner with 14,
Walker Timmee with 12 and
Isaac Hawkins and
Jalen Lyn with 11. Hawkins also had 12 rebounds and three blocks and Lyn had four assists.
CSI, 13-3 overall and 1-0 in conference play, hosts Salt Lake CC Wednesday.
