TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The eighth-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team beat North Idaho 80-69 to open Scenic West Athletic Conference play with a win.
The Golden Eagles shot 48 percent from the field and out-rebounded the Cardinals 45-28.
Kennedy Gillette finished with a team-high 17 pts. She added five rebounds and two assists.
Samara Morrow had 14 points and seven assists along with three rebounds.
Falon Bedke posted 10 points, five rebounds and three steals.Â
Off the bench
Chloe Jensen had seven points and four rebounds,
Alina Sapilak had eight points,
Savannah Stoker had eight points and eight rebounds and
Ashley Garner finished with seven rebounds.
The Golden Eagles 13-3 overall and 1-0 in conference play, hosts Salt Lake CC Wednesday.
