TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 20th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men battled to the end, giving the Badgers all they could handle but eventually falling 93-89 Thursday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
The Golden Eagles led 48-42 at the half. But neither team could take control of the game. There were 10 ties and 14 lead changes. The largest lead for Snow was eight and for CSI was seven.
Dale Griffin led the Golden Eagles with 20 points.
Khayri Dunn added 16 points and five rebounds and
Tanner Hayhurst had 13 points and six rebounds.
Jalen Lyn came off the bench to score 11 along with seven assists and
Amarco Doyle had a team high eight rebounds along with 11 points.
CSI and Snow both shot 50 percent from the field. The Golden Eagles had the edge from long range, knocking down 52 percent to 39 percent for Snow.Â
Snow remains undefeated in conference play, while CSI, now 18-5 overall and 6-2 in league play, stands in second.
