TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The eighth-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team overcame a sluggish first half to roll past Colorado Northwestern 71-48 Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Kennedy Gillette had the hot hand, scoring 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting. She added six rebounds.
Savannah Stoker had a team-high 14 rebounds along with 10 points for the double-double. The only other Golden Eagle in double figures was
Kayla Porray with 10 points. She also had four rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks.
Samara Morrow and
Kayla Kasubuchi each had four assists. Morrow also had a team-high four steals.
CSI, 15-3 overall and 3-0 in conference play, goes on the road for the next couple weeks.Â
