TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Volleyball Team defeated Casper College 25-20, 25-20, 25-15 Thursday in the Starr Corporation Invitational.
The Golden Eagles were led on offense in the middle.
Mina Benucci finished with 11 kills and three blocks and
Jada Thomas-Swinson had eight kills and three blocks. Benucci hit a .476 percentage and Thomas-Swinson did not have an error, hitting .615.
Dorina Bogar added nine kills, three aces and 12 digs, while
Kirsten Mullins had 26 assists and 11 digs.Â
Defensively
Hazuna Akishige led the Golden Eagles with 15 digs and added five assists and two service aces.
Addison Hoover had 10 digs.Â
CSI, 3-6 overall, takes on third-ranked Northeastern Friday at 6 p.m.
