Box Score COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho lost to North Idaho College Saturday 25-23, 18-25, 25-23, 25-18 to open Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
The Golden Eagles were led by Mina Benucci offensively. The freshman finished with 15 kills and three blocks. Gracee Robertson added nine kills.
Defensively, Dorina Bogar and Hazuna Akishige each had 14 digs. Bogar also had a team-high three aces. Kirsten Mullins posted 24 assists and 10 digs.
CSI, 5-11 overall and 0-1 in conference play, travels to Salt Lake and Colorado Northwestern CC next week.
