TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The CSI Women's soccer club made history right from the jump on Thursday afternoon as they knocked off Central Wyoming College 3-0 in their first ever game as a collegiate program.
The Golden Eagles were in control for much of the match and were able to take advantage of some great opportunities on the offensive side.
Kenna Fransen,
Alyssa Harris, and
Jenimar Briceno were responsible for the three goals, while both goalkeepers,
Kirstine Kent and
Shelby Bingham contributed to the clean sheet.Â
The Golden Eagles will continue their inaugural season on Saturday as they will travel further west in the state of Wyoming to take on #16-ranked Casper College at noon in Casper, Wyo.Â
