COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho came away with a win Saturday at North Idaho College, beating the Cardinals 73-66 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Jamisyn Heaton had a big day for the Golden Eagles, finishing with 22 points and 11 rebounds.
Taylor Johnson added eight points and seven rebounds.
Kaylee Headrick was solid with five points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks.
Makeili Ika finished with a team-high four assists.
The Golden Eagles won the battle at the free-throw line, hitting 78 percent compared to 42 percent for North Idaho.
CSI, 21-4 overall and 4-1 in conference play, hosts Southern Nevada Thursday. The Golden Eagle Women will not play CCC Saturday. There will only be a men's game.
