TWIN FALLS, Idaho - College of Southern Idaho Men's Cross Country and Distance Track Program's
Owen Rogers has already made his mark as a Golden Eagle and will be taking his talents to Weber State University next fall.
The Gooding High School graduate, helped the Golden Eagle Men to a sixth-place finish at the NJCAA Division I Cross Country National Championships this past fall. He finished 25th overall and was CSI's second runner.
He posted some impressive finishes this fall, leaving CSI with the fastest 7k time posted by a Golden Eagle runner and the second-fastest 8k time on record.Â
Rogers, who served a LDS Mission after high school, will compete for the the Golden Eagles this winter in indoor track and finish up his year running outdoor track before he transfers to Weber State.
