Box Score SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho battled to the end with eighth-ranked Odessa College, eventually losing 25-18, 26-24, 22-25, 25-17 Thursday in the Golden Eagles opening match of the Salt Lake City Crystal "Inn"vitational.
CSI struggled to find any offensive rhythm, hitting just .095 for the match.
Jojo Robinson led the Golden Eagles with 12 kills, followed by
Alizaysha Sopi with 11 and
Danea King with 10.
King also led CSI in blocks with three.
Setter
Janke Pretorius finished the match with 41 assists and 13 digs for the double-double.
Defensively,
Chinaru Inoue posted 23 digs.
The Golden Eagles take on Casper College Friday at 5 p.m.
