SAINT GEORGE, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho Baseball Team made quick work of Utah State University Club Team Monday, sweeping the Aggies 12-2 and 16-3.
The Golden Eagles finished the day with 20 hits at the plate.
In game one, Brody Duvall was 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBI. Logan West and Dax Newman were each 2-for-4. Newman had two RBI. Eliot Jones was 1-for-2 with a double and three RBI. 
Josh Trentadue earned the win on the mound, pitching the first two innings and giving up no runs on no hits with five strikeouts. Stone Cushing went one inning, giving up no runs, no hits with two strikeouts and Brennen Chappell went two innings, giving up one earned run on three hits with two strikeouts.
The pitchers were solid again in game two. Cooper Littledike earned the win, going three innings and giving up three earned runs on two hits with seven strikeouts. Kyle Basset and Malcom Bartholomew each went one inning, giving up no runs and no hits and Jaxon Christensen went two innings, giving up no hits or runs.
At the plate, West had another good game, finishing 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI. Colby Carter was 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBI and Cole Rollins was 1-for-2 with a double. Duvall was 1-for-3 with a double and three RBI in the leadoff spot. Junior Garcia had the other extra-base hit, going 1-for-1 with a double, a walk and a RBI.
The Golden Eagles are back in action Tuesday for another doubleheader with Utah State University Club Team at 1 and 3 p.m.
