TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 23rd-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team jumped out to a 64-24 halftime lead and cruised from there, beating the Saints 119-62 Tuesday in Scenic West Athletic Conference action.
The Golden Eagles had six players score in double digits led by
Marcellious Lockett's 18.
Taelon Martin had 17,
Eric Grier had 14,
Athiaan Manyiel scored 13,
Chayce Polynice had 12 and
Isaac Dewberry finished with 11. Lockett and Martin also each had eight rebounds and Manyiel added seven.Â
Madit Lueeth led the Golden Eagles in assists with seven.Â
CSI scored 73 of its points off the bench and shot 60 percent from the field.
The Golden Eagles, 21-7 overall and 10-6 in conference play, host #1 Salt Lake CC Wednesday at 7 p.m. It also will be the final home game and sophomore night.
