LAS VEGAS, Nev. - The third-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team improved to 15-2 overall with a 84-43 win over Dawson CC Wednesday in the Southern Nevada Tournament.
The Golden Eagles shot 47 percent from the field and 82 percent from the free-throw line, while holding Dawson to 26 percent and 50 percent. CSI Also forced 27 turnovers, while giving up the ball just 14 times.
Jill Lungren led the Golden Eagles with 17 points and two steals.
Kennedy Eskelson added 14 points and five assists, while
Kaylee Headrick finished with 11 points and six rebounds. Also having solid games were
Alyssa Christensen with nine points, five rebounds and three assists and
Livia Knapp with eight points and four assists.
The Golden Eagles are off until January 5th when they host Snow College.
