TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The seventh-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball escaped with a 65-59 win over Snow College in Scenic West Athletic Conference play Thursday.
The Golden Eagles struggled offensively all game but out-shot the Badgers from the free-throw line to secure the win. CSI made seven more free throws than Snow for the game.
Leading the way for CSI was
Tylie Jones with 16 points, four rebounds, three steals and three blocks.
Kaylee Headrick finished with a double-double, posting 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Alyssa Christensen led the Golden Eagles on the boards with 12 and with four blocks. She added eight points. The only other player in double figure scoring was
Livia Knapp with 15 points.
CSI, now 16-2 overall and 5-1 in conference play, host Colorado Northwestern Saturday at 1 p.m.
