LAS VEGAS, Nev. - The third-ranked College of Southern Idaho scored 27 points in the fourth quarter to beat Central Arizona 67-61 Tuesday in the Southern Nevada Tournament.
Leading the way for the Golden Eagles was
Kaylee Headrick. The freshman finished with 21 points, 17 rebounds, three steals and three blocks.
Livia Knapp added 13 points and five assists.
Kennedy Eskelson and
Alyssa Christensen each posted 10 points. Eskelson also had seven rebounds and three assists and Christensen had nine rebounds.Â
CSI shot 88 percent from the free-throw line for the game.
The Golden Eagles, 14-2 overall, take on Dawson CC Wednesday at 11 a.m. MST before returning home.
