TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 17th-ranked College of Southern Men's Basketball Team upset sixth-ranked Odessa College Friday in the Hilex Poly/Physician's Immediate Care Invitational.
The Golden Eagles, now 3-0, held Odessa to 33 percent from the field and 20 percent from long range.
CSI held a one-point lead with four seconds to play and Odessa had the ball with the chance to win. Anthony Marshall drove to the hoop and Joel Armotrading blocked his shot and came down with the rebound to secure the Golden Eagle win.
Armotrading was solid all night, finishing with 12 rebounds, seven points and eight blocks.
Both Nate Meithof and Isaiah Moses finished the game with 13 points and two assists. Meithof added 12 rebounds, while Moses had four rebounds and two blocks. Hasan Abdul-Hakim posted seven points, seven rebounds, four assists and four blocks.
The Golden Eagles shot 92 percent from the free-throw line compared to 61 percent for Odessa. 
This win is the second in a row over opponents ranked higher than CSI.
CSI will host the Rob Green Classic next Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
