HENDERSON, Nev. - The College of Southern Idaho Baseball Team scored five runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to force extra innings but fell to Arizona Western 9-7 in the 10th.
In the big inning, the Golden Eagles had hits by 
Braxton Mills, 
Noah Hennings, 
Zack Petersen and 
Zach Schmidt.
Hennings was hot at the plate all day, finishing 5-5 with a triple and two RBI. Schmidt was 3-for-5. Both 
Andrew Gregersen and 
Morgan Albrecht finished with doubles.
On the mound 
Jake Dahle threw the first four innings for the Golden Eagles, giving up just one earned run on two hits with four strikeouts.
CSI, now 9-7, will host Utah State Club Team Friday and Saturday.
