TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 12th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team dominated Community Christian 105-38 Friday in the Wright Physical Therapy/Hilex Poly Invitational.
The Golden Eagles played 18 players with 14 of them scoring.Â
CSI started off a little slow, shooting 37 percent from the field in the first half but caught fire in the second half. The Golden Eagles knocked down 62 percent in the second half and outscored CCC 59-10.
Five CSI players scored in double digits led by
Amoro Lado's 15. Marcellious Locket scored 14 points while
Stevie Smith and
Deng Dut each added 13.
Sebastian Reynoso-Jimenez scored 12. Dut finished the contest with a double-double, getting 10 assists and adding four rebounds. Reynoso and Smith were the Golden Eagles top rebounders with eight apiece.
Maurice Barnett was tough on the boards with seven.
CSI forced 26 turnovers while committing just 12.
The Golden Eagles will take on Northeastern JC at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.Â
