SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - The top-ranked College of Southern Idaho Volleyball team took the 25-16, 25-20, 25-20 victory over Western Wyoming Thursday in the Salt Lake CC Invitational.
The Golden Eagles pulled away in each match near the end behind a consistent attack and good defense.
Payton Spoja led CSI with 11 kills. She added 12 digs.
Alyssa Curtis added nine kills on the right side and middles
Letarona Mose (8 kills) and
Alexis Mareko (7 kills, 2 blocks) spread out the offensive attack.
Defensively,
Kylie Baumert led the team with 22 digs.
Taylor Burnham added 11.
Quinn Kellogg finished with 34 assists and seven digs.
CSI, now 3-2 overall, takes on Treasure Valley CC at 9 a.m. Saturday followed by Central Wyoming at 3 p.m.
