TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho cruised to a 95-52 win over Colorado Northwestern Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Two posts led the Golden Eagles with double-double performances.
Bailey Hawkins finished with 14 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and two steals, while
Allie Thayne had 13 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocked shots.
Other players scoring in double figures included Nicole Suarez with 14 points, seven rebounds and two assists and
Brooke Haney posted 13 points.
Freshmen
Alison Chanhthala and
Shay Lambson were solid too. Chanhthala had five points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals, while Lambson finished with six points, five rebounds and two assists.
CSI, now 18-10 overall and 6-4 in league play, travel to Snow College and USU Eastern next week to finish up the regular season.
