TWIN FALLS, Idaho - College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Freshman
David Walker stepped up Saturday to lead the Golden Eagles past CNCC 91-89.
Walker ended the game with 22 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals. He also knocked down 11-of-15 free throws, a few big ones late.
The Spartans were hot all game from the 3-point line. They finished the game 11-for-20 for 55 percent. They also hit their free throws (16-for-20 - 80 percent).
CSI's
Brayden Parker continued to make an impact inside. The freshman finished with 14 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks.
Malik Porter added 12 points, six rebounds, four assists and four blocks.
Freshmen
Thomas Miles and
Kevin Legardy combined for 20 points. Miles added three rebounds, two assists and five steals.
CSI, now 22-6 overall and 7-3 in conference play, travels to Snow and USU Eastern next week.
