HENDERSON, Nev. - The 11th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Baseball Team beat Prairie Baseball Academy 9-5 Friday in a non-conference road game.
Boden Mills earned the win on the mound, going six innings and giving up just three earned run with seven strikeouts.
Tyler Curtis also threw well, earning the save. He pitched three innings, giving up just one earned run on two hits with three strikeouts.
At the plate,
Colton Kent was 2-for-4 with a double.
Hayden Leatham was 1-for-5 at the plate with a two-RBI home run and
Andrew Astin finished 2-for-5 with a triple and two RBI.
The Golden Eagles, 4-5 overall, play Prairie Saturday at 10 a.m. and Okanagan at 1:30 p.m.
