EPHRAIM, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball stayed atop the Scenic West Athletic Conference standings with a 60-48 win over Snow College Thursday on the road.
The Golden Eagles had big games from
Allie Thayne (19 points, 13 rebounds) and
Kaela McClure (14 points, 3 rebounds, 3 steals).
Overall CSI struggled offensively but managed to shoot 78 percent from the free-throw line compared to 33 percent for Snow. The other area the Golden Eagles dominated was rebounding. CSI finished with 42, while Snow had 31.Â
The Golden Eagles, 14-6 overall and 2-0 in SWAC play, travel to USU Eastern Saturday at 3 p.m. The Eagles of Price are 13-3 overall and 1-0 in league play.
