PRICE, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball team lost its first Scenic West Athletic Conference game Saturday, falling to USU Eastern 70-62.
The Golden Eagles led just one time early in the game and never could find a way to take control against the Eagles from Price.
The win puts USU Eastern into first place with no losses in conference play.
CSI had another big game from Allie Thayne who put up 21 points along with eight rebounds. Brooke Haney and Kaela McClure each added 11 points. McClure added five assists, three steals and three rebounds, while Haney had four assists.
The Golden Eagles, now 14-7 overall and 2-1 in league play, host Colorado Northwestern Saturday at 3 p.m.
