TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Baseball team will hold an intra-squad scrimmage Friday at 2 p.m. to help raise awareness tfor Muscular Dystrophy.
Earlier this fall, the Golden Eagles joined Jacob Bottinger in his journey as he takes on Muscular Dystrophy personally and as he raises money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association to help with research. Jacob has participated in clinical studies to help with progress in finding the cure as well as participated in the MDA Muscle Walk Oct. 6.
There will be no admission charge for the scrimmage Friday but donations will be accepted to help Jacob in his quest to find a cure. There also will be wristbands for sale for $2 to help support the cause. Gates open at 1 p.m.
